On October 13, a delegation from IBMC Indonesia, led by Managing Director Jeremias Mandel visited Wendu Group in China. Wendu Group Chairman Yuan Zhongfu and President Zhang Xianyong welcomed the delegation. The meeting focused on Indonesia’s existing resources, the ways the two companies’ strengths complement each other, and key areas for cross-border human resources cooperation.

The visit began with a tour of the Wendu Industrial Park and its education and training centre, where the IBMC delegation learned about Wendu’s work in human resources services, vocational education, and industrial operations. The delegation praised Wendu’s achievements in talent development and industry services.

During the meeting, both companies presented their businesses and strengths. Wendu Group has long specialized in human resources services, education, and training, with an established training system, industrial operations capabilities, and strong resource integration. Wendu said it looks forward to working with IBMC on cross-border talent exchange, vocational skills training, and international labor cooperation.

Jeremias Mandel introduced IBMC’s business and local network in Indonesia, and outlined the demand and growth potential of the Indonesian market in human resources, skills training, and related industries. He noted that Indonesia offers significant opportunities, that the two companies are highly complementary, and that he hoped the visit would lead to concrete cooperation projects.
Both sides then discussed resource mapping in Indonesia, entry points for cooperation, priority sectors, and timelines. They reached a preliminary agreement to set up regular communication and launch pilot cooperation.
The visit marks an important step in Wendu Group’s international expansion. Wendu will continue to pursue open and mutually beneficial partnerships, connect with high-quality overseas resources, and bring its HR and vocational education services to international markets.
