We are currently assisting our client, a growing company based in Bali, in finding a Senior Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is directly managed by IBMC.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end project delivery, particularly for website or digital-related projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
- Strategic Support: Understand client goals and develop tailored strategies to support their business objectives.
- Main Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing concerns and ensuring smooth communication.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, tech, and creative to ensure effective execution of client deliverables.
- Performance Review: Track, analyze, and report on project and campaign performance, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell services, support client renewals, and contribute to long-term partnerships.
