We’re looking for a Performance Manager who can combine data, systems, and strategy to drive meaningful growth. This role blends technical expertise with marketing intuition. You’ll be responsible for setting up and managing performance infrastructure (tracking, attribution, automation), analyzing user behavior and funnel data, and collaborating with internal and client teams to continuously improve results.
If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology, understands how data flows across systems, and loves turning insights into action, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- You will lead the end-to-end setup of performance tracking and automation infrastructure to ensure accurate attribution and real-time data flow across platforms like GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, CRM systems, and marketing tools. You’ll oversee the entire user journey from ad click to checkout, ensuring every event, funnel stage, and conversion point is visible, trackable, and synced correctly.
- On top of implementation, you will regularly conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, spot performance bottlenecks, and generate actionable insights that improve traffic, conversion rates, and revenue. Using these insights, you’ll design and execute A/B tests to optimize user experience, checkout flows, pricing strategies, and more, then iterate based on results to drive incremental improvements.
- You’ll also act as a cross-functional translator, turning marketing goals into technical briefs and collaborating with web developers, product teams, and CRM leads to bring initiatives to life. Internally and in client meetings, you’ll simplify complex technical topics so decisions can be made with clarity and confidence.
- Your role also includes proactively generating ideas for improvement across campaigns and the funnel, backed by data and experimentation. Whether it’s improving UTM handling, automating lead handoffs with Zapier, or advising clients on better purchase flows, you’ll be the go-to person for performance-driven innovation.
- Beyond execution, you’ll support and educate clients, many of whom lack technical marketing knowledge, helping them understand how their systems work, where their data goes, and how to interpret user behavior for smarter growth decisions.
