We are currently assisting our client, a company based in Bali, in finding an Account Manager (Financial, Investment, Prop Trading Industry). This position will be directly managed by IBMC.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of projects on time and within budget, ensuring quality and client expectations are met.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, and develop tailored strategies that meet those needs.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (such as marketing, sales, and creative) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of client campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
- Upselling & Renewals: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and securing contract renewals.
