We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong background in the Ecommerce industry. You will be responsible for creating high-conversion visual assets across multiple digital touchpoints, from social media ads and email marketing to web banners and product packaging. This is a fully remote position for a proactive designer who understands the balance between brand aesthetics and performance-driven design.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Asset Creation: Design high-impact visuals for social media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), email newsletters, and display advertising.
- Ecommerce Optimization: Create web banners, landing page assets, and product infographics that enhance the user journey and increase conversion rates.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Marketing and Performance teams to develop creative concepts for seasonal launches and global sales events (e.g., Black Friday).
- Creative Iteration: Analyze the performance of your designs and iterate based on data and feedback to maximize ROAS.
- Photo/Video Collaboration: Basic retouching of product photography and creating motion graphics or short-form video assets for ads.
